A huge shout out to Sol Wave Water for once again supporting the Santa Barbara Senior Expo by providing water dispensers throughout the venue. We kept over 1200 people hydrated and happy. Owners Lori and Steve were there too at their booth to answer any questions and share resources with our seniors and their caregivers. i highly recommend them. Thank you, Sol Wave!

I’m frustrated with Sol Wave presently as my direct osmosis is not functioning (since Friday) and they aren’t able to remedy the situation until this Thursday. I’m not one to post negative reviews but what really frustrates me is that my 2 phone calls(today) Monday were not returned and I had to bug them to get on their technician schedule.
Since I originally entered this review, the owner followed up, apologized for the poor service and the problem was solved to my satisfaction. I’m enjoying my water again😊👍🏼Thank you Sol Wave.

I and my daughter have just become clients of Sol Wave Water. The reason this review is so significant is that we all, as consumers, want first and foremost to be treated with personal respect vs just another account. Today, I initially had the privilege of meeting Michael who delivered the machine and bottled water. An absolutely wonderful person and a salt of the earth kind of guy. The true customer caring service he provided was remarkable and hope to see him again on refills. I also chatted with the owner Steve to let him know I’ve been around a long time and wanted to address the various accolades I had for Michael. Steve was just as enjoyable ..he’s a people person, hence, hires extremely well. I’ve not been solicited or asked by anyone to write my comments but, in this case, it sure feels good to know there’s wonderful people offering wonderful customer service.

Sol Wave Water just installed a water softening system at my home. I must say that Steve, Kevin and Josh have the best customer service. I was receiving tank delivery for years! Steve came out, test my water which was completely hard just two days after my delivery! Sol Wave Water suited my house up with a super efficient water softener, salt delivery (so I don't have to worry about it!), a full filter change on my existing drinking water system and ran an ice line to my subzero. The ice line had been a challenge for the last company that tried and they never finished the job. Sol Wave Water ran the new line in the under belly of my home. I know this was not an easy task! Sol Wave Water was determined to get the job done and they did! I have nice fresh, clean ice. Steve, Kevin and Josh delivered just as they said they would. I would not hesitate to recommend Sol Wave Water for a moment. Steve and his crew have over 22 years of experience in the water treatment industry and know our water and can absolutely give you the correct combination of equipment.

I contacted Sol Wave Water to help me address a hard water problem with a commercial boiler. Santa Barbara has some of the hardest water anywhere and it kills boilers. The Owner (Steve) visited my property and he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about hard water. I received a fair price and after I accepted it, the new advanced water softener was installed shortly after. I like keeping business local and I highly recommend Sol Wave Water company.

Sol Wave installed a reverse osmosis system for me and my wife and I could not be happier. Steve set-up a same day appointment and his team was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and installed everything so quickly I almost didn't know they were there. The company is all about putting customers first and it shines through with their service.

Sol Wave Water also does a fantastic job of supporting and educating the community on top of providing top notch service and value for their customers. Steve and his wife donate water to non-profit and business events throughout the year in Goleta and Santa Barbara.
