This service is absolutely pathetic!.. I have never experienced these many outages for no reason. Third world countries don't have these issues. But this company has the audacity to inform of a shut off do to owing 21 dollars. I pray to all the stars we didn't make them go bankrupt!!...

There’s always outages that last hours and they seem to get the laziest person on the job they could find to stop scratching their ass to go fix it !! On top of that my food goes bad and they don’t care they wanna fix everything with a shitty sorry ! Up your ass Socorro electric!!

Silly people who struggle with simple tasks. They have no clue how to interact with customers. You might as well just hook up a generator to your house than speak with Tamara Sykes. Who, for some reason took a customer service job when she hates the entire world. God forbid you do your job.

Update: Mary is the best customer service provider I have ever had the pleasure to deal with at the Co-op!! She makes my 1 star a 5 star, but overall I will stay with a 4. Having an awesome experience paying a bill is worth so much these days! All I can say is having Mary there has changed my whole attitude about the Co op.

So last year I did a review and said they're going to go out of business. They just do what they want. So last year at this time my bill was $300 because my heater was set from 70 to 75 degrees. So this year I had my heater set at 60. Turned everything down. Was watchful on everything I used conserning electrictricty. Yet my bill will be over $500. So called and talked to 3 different people and Asked them over and over again, so if I'm using less electrictricty this year than last year why is my bill so high. All they kept saying it's my usage. 😂🤣😂🤣 So this lady called today just dumb as all out doors. She 3 times Sir what kind of heater do hav and told her 3 times which frustrated me. Overbilled us on new construction by over FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS and they refuse to refund the money. They give us the runaround every time we go over there. By far the worst company/contractor we've had to deal with in the construction process. Slow, expensive, and rude. They know they have a monopoly and they act like it.
