I recently had solar panels installed by SOCO Solar and couldn't be more impressed with their service. The team was extremely professional from start to finish, maintaining a high standard of workmanship despite the challenging December weather conditions.

What stood out most was their ability to stay on schedule. Despite the dicey winter weather, they completed the installation exactly when promised without cutting corners or rushing the job.

Their communication was stellar throughout the entire process. They kept me informed at every stage, particularly during the permitting process and system activation. I never had to wonder what was happening or when the next steps would occur.

If you're considering going solar, I highly recommend SOCO Solar. Their professionalism, timeliness, and excellent communication make them a standout choice, regardless of the season.

There were 8 million solar companies this year at the Grand Junction Home Show, but Josh, in customer service for SOCO Solar, really stood out with his personality and friendliness and is 100% the reason I agreed to engage in further discussions. About a week later, Taylor and File Cabinet came to my home to discuss how solar energy is beneficial and cost-saving. They were easy to work with, friendly, engaged, knowledgeable, and entertaining, as I prefer all of my contractors to be. I agreed and signed and am eagerly awaiting my panels!

From start to finish, our experience with SOCO Solar and Power was outstanding. The initial sales call by Ricky was informative and he answered all of our questions. The installation team were professional, polite, and had our system setup in a couple of days. Their cleanup was perfect. I spoke to several providers at the Grand Junction home show but it was Josh, in customer service for SOCO Solar that made up my mind. His love for the company he worked for really showed through with his friendly and positive attitude, making me feel like this was the company I wanted to work with.

Taylor, the co-owner, personally came to discuss the benefits and options available to me. He was able to take my annual electricity usage directly from my Xcel bill to immediately provide data driven reports to show my energy needs and what savings I could expect, which only increase over time as electricity costs continue to rise. He was easy to work with, not put off by my less frequently asked questions, such as the advantages of solar in case of the zombie apocalypse, and made the experience easy to understand.

I ultimately made the decision to go with SOCO Solar and highly recommend talking with them if you are considering solar energy. I appreciate the level of customer service this family owned local business provides and look forward to continuing to work with them.

From the very first meeting w the guys from SOCCAR , I was impressed w their warm, honest, caring manner. In a time when customer service is surely lacking, it is truly refreshing to get service from a company dedicated to the customer. What started as an outdated door-to-door method of communication turned out to be one of our better decisions!

I got a knock at the door and there was a SoCo Solar rep asking us if we wanted to learn more about solor and how it could potentially save us money. We made an appointment in the following week and Jackson educated us on the benefits of having solar. We all that is going in government, we wanted to take advantage of the rebates before the year end. The installers and customer service reps were top notched as they rushed to get solar on our roof. We're not proud owners of solar panels on our roof and we're actually saving a little bit of money each month that would otherwise go to the electric company. Highly recommend going with Soco!

From our first encounter with Todd who explained everything so well from financing to how the system works, and their guarantee as a company and the efficacy of the products. To the installation team who were all informed and answered questions and willing to educate from their knowledge. Then the office staff and project manager I have personally worked with most - Haley and her support team, Josh and Aaden. Together we have communicated and discovered the benefits of this source of power and they are always there (local is good) to help me switch mindset and learn about the system. Even the financing company Enium has a live person you can speak with and keep this part of the process on track!

It is a well put together company of well planned collaboration and they care about how they serve and passionate about what they are selling and the end results that will be in place for years of use.
