Mud was amazing. He was up front with everything the entire time. We answered all questions regardless of the time of day. He made sure every concern was taken care of. I was concerned about a part of my roof and Mud had the owner of the roof company come look at it personally. Highly recommended!!

The sales rep said that my solar should have been on but it's not. Now I'm paying a solar Bill and electric bill I caught a company they said if I can get them to take it off my roof they will put it on and guarantee to put it on and turned on less than 5 months but soaring solar will not take it off my roof I wish I would never went with them

Whatever your sales person says to you is a lie. Soon as we signed the contract they were out of the picture. 2 months in, first billing cycle, our roof leaks and they installed it. Customer Service is a joke. They just point you to the lender. And then say “Sorry, there is nothing we can do! “ Don’t do it. It’s just not worth it. I now have lights that don’t work, my tubs jets are fried, we have already had to have an electrician come out. It’s just not worth it.

Gene was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. His calm demeanor and steady presence put us at ease when making our final decision. We had other Solar companies give us estimates and we are extremely pleased we decided to move forward with Eugene and Soaring Solar. The company’s work exceeded our already lofty expectations. I am very happy with their work and working with Eugene and would recommend Eugene and Soaring Solar to all of my friends and relatives!

The work was good. But they misinform their customers about TAXES. The sales person and the Loan Company (sunnova) both said i would get back 30% in taxes and i could use that money to put down on my loan as long as it was within 18 month. This is not true. the only way you can get that entire amount in the first year is if you have a tax liability the same amount or greater as the credit. Or you will have to chip away at the credit upto 5 years. How am i supposed to pay 14K down on my loan if i am not getting that money!! Very disappointed in the sales tactic from the salesperson and the loan company!!

My experience with soaring solar was amazing they were on top of everything, I knew exactly what was happening and what to expect next through out the whole process, especially with the help of the outstanding Rep Viki Kozak she made sure everything went exactly how it was suppose to and calmed all of my concerns. If you don’t know who to ask for, ask for viki ! I promise she’s the best!

Unfortunately, Soaring Solar - which only, apparently, sold the solar panels and service - must pay the price for OTHER companies.

My husband and I were contacted by a salesperson, and agreed to a meeting. Enough made sense that we signed up with Soaring Solar.

AT NO POINT DURING SALES, CONVERSATION, OR NEXT VISITS WERE WE TOLD WE WOULD ACTUALLY BE DEALING WITH ANOTHER COMPANY.

Prior to signing any of the contracts I researched Soaring Solar. Their reputation is a large part of what convinced us to move forward. However, all of the paperwork is processed by SunnyMac or Sunnova. So, when the problems came up - and problems absolutely came up - my sole contact with Soaring Solar was unable to help.

So, while the sales rep was lovely and wanted to work with us, I'm stuck with horrible communication, bad service, delays in setting up service, lies, negligence, utterly horrible customer service. All from SunnyMac. A company that was chosen as a partner by Soaring Solar.

So, while I don't have a grudge necessarily against Soaring Solar, I would strongly encourage anyone wanting to do business with them to look into their partners first. Find out who you'll be dealing with BEFORE you sign with Soaring Solar.
