I enrolled with smart energy during the summer. I received a letter in the mail yesterday telling me that i was going to receive a “thank you reward” for being with the service for 6 months. So i called the number, and the woman who answered proceeds to tell me that I’m not enrolled. Then she tries to reenroll me when I’m already enrolled and says that now I’m eligible for the visa, but I’m holding a paper in my hand that is saying it’s going to be sent to me. At this point, I’ll be contacting my lawyer due to false advertisement. I trusted you all to provide satisfactory, integral service. And now, here we are.
