Jack was amazing and he took the time and resolved my issues. My name is now changed. However, I wasn't able to get another gift card on my account which ***** because I have been a loyal customer. Otherwise the service that Jack did was very professional and awesome. No complaints with him. I appreciate him asking for his supervisor for help and resolving my issue less then 30 minutes.

I usually don’t pay attention when I get mail, but I opened this envelope that was smart energy and said if I call I get a $200 gift card. I already know I have another supplier of energy but thought I’d give smart energy a call to see about the $200 while talking on the phone with Michael the representative he gave me all the information and compared my previous supplier to smart energy and made me realize I would be saving a whole lot more money if I switched to smart energy so this is me switching over because I am going to save save save . Looking forward to my welcome kit and my savings from smart energy thank you again. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

They don't actually give you a prepaid card for 6 months. Liars. If you have a recorded for training and quality purposes thing going maybe you should listen to the conversation between the rep and I. I'm absolutely certain I was told when the first bill comes after the switch I'd receive it. Im not just a complainer. I don't do reviews very often. But I was bait and switched and don't need you to tell me I wasn't lol
