I was very impressed with the process from start to finish, I will reserve the right to comment on how it works due to the fact I am still waiting to go live. The guy who delivered my equipment was a champ. He came all the way from San Antonio in the dark and had it here safe and sound. The next day the install crew came on time and got to work. I have a large system and they wasted no time. Day 2 they were done everything was clean and looking good. The city still needs to come and inspect and then I will go live and start to Harness the power of the sun. Robert and Kevin are awesome and answer questions day or night. Also if your lucky you will get Angelica to help you and she is fantastic. I will update this after it starts working but so far so good.

UPDATE:

Ultimately this could of been a solid win with a bit more research into the local energy providers. I am now paying twice as much for energy as the design did not meet the requirements I needed to eliminate my energy bill, as told it would do so. I understand the benefits of solar and once the panels are paid for. Regardless, if you pursue solar make sure the company you go with has done more homework on your energy provider before commiting to a recommended design.

I still stand by what I said about Henry and him being a pleasure working with, just wish more research was done before giving me the design that I purchased.

Harry from Smart Energy was a pleasure working with and knows his stuff. He made the entire process simply and addressed all the questions that we had. I just recently went "live" and looking forward to seeing how everything performs with our lovely "warm" Texas weather on the horizon.

If you are looking for a solar company and unsure where to start, Smart Energy will not steer you wrong. I would recommend scheduling with them and experience the awesome customer service and knowledge they provide. Chances are you will end up with solar after doing so.
