If I could give zero stars I would! What an awful experience we had for a Christmas family getaway! At Alpenrose 303 Don’t trust the pictures and the company! The place supposed to be for 6 people but it can barely fit 4! This place is disguising people in a shelter have a better sleeping condition! Starting with a couch with holes probably picked it from the garbage, don’t even try to flipping it over because the other side is even worse! Furniture is old and broken, the drawer fell out and broke my finger, the carpet is old, dirty and disgusting that made everyone sick! The toilet can barely flush! The third bed is basically mattress on the floor, also, on the picture you can see the sitting area which is actually dirty, filthy and in the basement! I can’t even believe that people can put this place for a STR for a family for a Christmas, what a shame to Mike and Anna, the owners and the Sky Run,! My advice just run from this place!

We had the best time and stayed 10 days with zero problems. The views are perfect and the rooms were perfect for the kids! We had plenty of space and felt at home.

Very nice house with a lot of space. Comfy beds. Multiple bathrooms and showers. Love the view from both porches. The hot tub was nice to warm up with in the evenings even in July! Close drive to Breckenridge. Kitchen was beautifully decorated and stocked. Both the living area and downstairs sitting area were comfy. Lots of dvds and games for entertainment. We would definitely stay again

This place was perfect for our large family Thanksgiving gathering. It wasn’t too hard to get to but yet very secluded. Close enough to town to enjoy a nice dinner out at Michael’s Italian restaurant. We all thoroughly enjoyed the game room with the foosball, pool, ping pong and shuffleboard. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. My daughter is especially very picky when it comes to home rentals and you passed with flying colors. Thank you for sharing your home!

Stayed at Silver Queen Lode/Knotty Pine Lodge for 4 days and everything's top notch! All of the rooms were clean, towels and toiletries were provided, clocked the free WiFi at around 500mbps, and we never had any problems with heating and water. Love the view from all 3 floors. The drive is just a few minutes away from the gondola & main street. There's also a bus stop a few steps away outside (that gives free rides!) Thanks a bunch!

Not even sure where to begin other than upper management is completely awful!! I booked through AIRBNB a Christmas vacation home in October! Only to find out 4 days before the home was double booked! Sky Run had nothing to offer me other than excuses that it was Airbnb's fault. I was tired of the blame game and just wanted the booking cancelled to be able to get another booking. I was informed by the general manager, Josh, That he would get back to me and he would indeed cancel the reservation. 24 hours later, the cancellation still was not done. I called to speak to Josh and he wouldn't even communicate with me! As anyone in this situation can understand I was very very angry. I will give a shout out to Alexa because she tried Everything to assist me and help me when she realize the home that I had booked was overbooked. As a general manager and an owner of a company, I would expect better communication from management in a situation, such as this. I would reconsider using this company due to their lack of communication respect for clients and empathy.

Slow to respond and act like they don't care. They are managing one of the properties we're staying at and it looks like the place hasn't been well maintained for months. The lawn is overgrown, the trash was never taken out, one of the bathrooms wasn't cleaned... it's really a shame because it looks like a nice house in a good location. Will never stay in one of their managed properties again.

Skyrun Breckenridge was absolutely amazing to work with! They provided a fantastic cabin for our elopement/honeymoon trip! It was a Winter Wonderland! The amenities were perfect, the communication from the time of booking to departure was prompt, professional and friendly! The courtesy extended by the Skyrun team was exceptional! There was an issue that needed to be attended to by the maintenance team during our visit, Skyrun reached out to us via text to notify us of the visit! The visit was on our elopement day and Skyrun promptly rescheduled the visit to another day with no questions asked to allow us to have our special day! I highly recommend Skyrun for your vacation needs! This cabin was beautiful and captured lasting memories that we will cherish forever! Thank you Skyrun for being a part of our elopement/honeymoon wishes!
