On Friday the dispatcher CONFIRMED that on Monday our container can be picked up from the rail station. Monday comes and they tell us they don’t have a chassis, we get a message “ We can't check ahead of time, only the same day”, how do you do business like this? Worse trucking company ever, don’t waste you time with these people. We were confident the whole weekend that we found a good company because of their reviews, turns out reviews are from friends and family.

In response to your reply to our first review we posted, we understand you are trying to sound very professional here for customers to see, but for some reason you did not sound very professional when you called us with a fake number app and used “extreme profanity” with threats.
And once you make a confirmation to your clients, you should proceed with what you confirmed to them, if you can’t then let them know you can only confirm for same day pick ups. Very flattering to know you are spending your time researching us.
