If I could give them more stars I would!!! I have worked with this location on 2 separate occasions now and both times they have saved the day. I have dealt with Javier & Victor and they both have been great help and even better customer service. They were quick to do their best to help me in the bind that I was in and made it happen both times. I went there to buy some stones for the first time. It was daunting at first because there were so many boxes of rocks and stones to choose from. I didn't know what to do at first but the employee was helpful and guided me through the process. Once I found the type of stone I want, I just let the employee inside the store know. He then got me an empty wooden pallet and placed it next to the stones for me. After selecting the stones and placing them onto my pallet, I went back into the store to let him know. He had it weighted and told me the price for them. Everything went pretty smoothly and the stones were reasonably priced.

I went in to look at stone for the front of my home. I was referred to Sara who is the manager. I didn’t even have to ask for her, she came out to talk to us as we drive up. She asks me what color my house is, my shutters, home accents and you can just see the picture coming together as she tells me what she recommends I do. Her team is very creative and helpful, they sold us! Great work SiteOne of Farmersville, I will be sending business your way.

The guys did a real great job helping me out. Jorge, Zane, and the others. I was able to get a really good price on the 3 yards of river rocks including the delivery. I went back to buy another 1/2 yard at the same bulk price.

They even made up for scoop of broken, cracked, and dirt that came out of that last 1/2 yard. Their product made the project look real great.

we waited loner then what was promised for our order and then they ordered the wrong color and delivered 2 different paver patterns that didn't fit together when we went to return it the manager told me he didn't check the order before delivery and he had a attitude with me about having to talk to me about the problem.he told me they wouldn't have the right pavers till maybe Saturday he acted like he didn't care that my order got messed up so i asked for a refund once he refunded my money and he said good by just a bad attitude type of person like my money wasn't good enough for him. i will never go there again
