I had the pleasure of dealing with Ricardo with simple power. My inverter was not working so he replace it and the replacement fail after two weeks but he handle the problem with the manufacturer and got them to replace it again. I had resisted going solar for several years. I was tired of the telemarketers, television adds and especially the sales pitches at my front door. When Simple Power’s representative Caleb Wright knocked on my door I was prepared to shoo him away like all the other solar reps. Something told me I should give him an opportunity to give me his spiel. I quickly realized all he wanted to do was give me all the facts of the benefits of getting solar. He did not try to pressure me into something I didn’t want. He answered every question and concern I had and ultimately everything he told me has been true and accurate. The contract and installation process went smoothly and within the timeframe he expected. My electric bills will be less than half of what I was paid last year and I will be able to set the thermostat at a comfortable temperature…not last summer’s 80 degrees. I appreciate Caleb’s honest, friendly and no pressure approach. I highly recommend anyone interested in getting solar to give Simple Power a call and do it quickly. No regrets at all. Mark RIehle

I highly recommend Joel Hernandez. My husband and I met with him on several occasions after moving into our new home. He never pressured us, letting us settle in and monitored our energy usage over a couple months before presenting our options. He was very knowledgeable and thoroughly went over the options that best suited our lifestyle. We had solar in our previous home with a different company, I can say we definitely had a much more positive and personal experience dealing with Joel than with our prior companies sales rep. We have had the solar for a few months now and everything that was promised has been delivered. Great company and great sales rep.

Very pleased with my experience with Simple Power. I was always hesitant on buying solar for my home. I have always felt like it’s a scam. A co-worker recommended I consult with William Booth. I scheduled a home visit with William and gave him the opportunity to explain solar in detail and how it all works. He was very professional and patient. He listened to all my concerns and had an honest answer for all my questions. William went in depth in explaining the benefits of solar. The installers and inspection associates also provided great customer service. After my install, William continued to follow up with me to make sure everything had gone according to plan.
