Silver Electric and Solar did a great job installing solar panels at my home. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, including comparing options other companies shared with me, always giving me the information to make a decision without disparaging their competitors. They worked well with the city and HOA to obtain all the necessary permits and approvals. Once everything was in order, they quickly installed the panels and saw the project through to the point that I was satisfied with all aspects of the job.

Silver Electric installed a hot tub for me and I could not be happier with these guys. I called around for quotes and most places were a hassle to just get a quote. Silver Electric got me a quote right away and and was the best price out of the bunch. They were here the next day and quickly got all of the wiring done up to the hot tub pad. Unfortunately, my I had trouble getting my hot tub delivered and it was not here yet. Silver Electric said no problem, just let them know when it does get here and they will finish the job. It ended up taking months for the correct tub to get delivered and place. In the meantime Silver Electric checked regularly and once the tub was here, they were out the next day and had me up and running in no time. Their work looks fantastic, they were always prompt and professional, and they never forgot about me until the work was done. Hands down, the best experience I have had getting electrical work done.

I've had many nightmare stories with contractors so I'm always extremely pleased to find a contractor who performs as well and professionally as the men at Sliver Electric and Solar. Joe and his guys impressed us consistently throughout the process. They were prompt, informative, and efficient. Every thing went as scheduled and all for a reasonable price. They came and corrected work that was done by two previous electricians. I highly recommend using Silver Electric. I will be using them for all my future electrical needs and recommend them to my friend and neighbors.

If I could give this place 0 starts I would. This company has bad business practices. I have been trying to get them to come out and check the panels they installed almost a year ago since February. I tried to be patient. I called, emailed and the secretary says Joe is out of town. I will have him contact you when he get back. This man has never gotten back with me. When it comes to solar systems do not go with this company, they just want your money. It's sad that people get business and can't follow through on their business and what the stand for. This one is sure not customers care.

We bought our solar system in 2016 from Ecological Estates. In October 2020, noticed output was very low. Eco Estates said they could only diagnose the issue by email, and could not put boots on ground due to no covid vaccine.
Called Silver Electric. Seen within 24 hours and diagnosed 8 microinverters were bad that were under warranty. They installed promptly. They treated us very fairly. Did a great job. Our electric bill was a $7 rebate for December and $6 for January.

Be very careful in your conversations with the Salesman. Get your phone and record everything. If not you will find yourself in a bad situation as my elderly parents have found themselves in. They listened for awhile and then stopped and putting blame on customer. Buyer beware.
