I recently stayed at Signia by Hilton Atlanta for a large corporate event hosted by my employer, Delta Air Lines, and the experience was absolutely incredible!

From the moment I arrived, the customer service was top-tier. Every staff member I encountered—from the front desk to housekeeping—was friendly, attentive, and professional. My room was fresh, spotless, and extremely comfortable, making my stay that much more enjoyable.

The catering services provided during our conference were phenomenal. Every meal was delicious and well-presented. The servers were efficient, proficient, and incredibly courteous. Whether it was a full meal or a quick break refreshment, the food and service were consistently excellent.

The hotel staff overall was outstanding, ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience throughout. I also want to highlight the valet drivers and parking attendants—they were organized, timely, and rendered exceptional service every step of the way.

This was truly an awesome stay, and I highly recommend Signia by Hilton for any corporate events, formal gatherings, or conferences. Employers—this is the place to host your next big meeting or function!

I traveled to Atlanta, Georgia for a work conference and stayed at the Signia by Hilton Atlanta and it was absolutely stunning. The hotel was extremely clean and the view from my room on the 24th floor was breathtaking. The lobby area was a pleasant atmosphere and I was impressed. Aaron had outstanding customer service and made my check in and check out process quick and smooth. During my checkout time, I had another session to attend for work and was concerned about my bags. Aaron reassured me that my bags would be safe in the holding area and I could leave them with him. I left my bags and picked them up after my meeting was over. If you are in the Atlanta area and are looking for a nice place to stay I highly recommend the Signia. I give them 5 stars ✨✨ ✨ ✨ ✨

celebrated my 45th birthday at the Signia Hotel Atlanta and the experience was absolutely amazing!

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcomed. Monique at the front desk went above and beyond to make check-in smooth after a long day of travel. At Club Signia, Reyes made incredible drinks, Jonathan was friendly and professional, and Jacqueline was so warm and attentive. Hakeem was also a standout—so kind, charming, and made sure I was well taken care of!

The highlight of my morning was the female chef who prepared my omelette fresh right in front of me—it was delicious and made with love.

Even the valet team had me laughing while I waited—quick, helpful, and full of personality.

The entire experience felt luxurious and personal. I’m so glad I chose Signia for my birthday stay. Five stars all the way—I’ll definitely be back!

Recently stayed here for a volleyball tournament and had a wonderful experience. A friend recommended Club Signia from a previous stay and I will say it was well worth it!! Darrius at the front desk was so wonderful to work with when we added this amenity. He showed us all the perks we would receive and even hand delivered new card keys to us while we were in the Club. It was a nice quiet place to get away with amazing food and super accommodating staff. The bonus of the trip was a surprise Kendra Scott gift we were given on our last night that was a promotion for the Sweet 16 basketball tournament being held nearby. I most definitely will stay here again!!

We were recently staying at club signia for the volleyball tournament. This was our second stay at signia for this tournament. Beautiful hotel, very comfortable rooms, and extremely clean. However not all, but several employees/staff were extremely rude! Annoyed by us requesting cocktails, however that’s what we paid the extra fee for. Club signia is an amazing selling point, however the evening staff was one of the rudest (the morning staff was extremely pleasant)
My biggest issue was the staff at the front desk. I checked my final bill and noticed two extra charges that weren’t authorized. I called back to have them explain what they were. Once I was able to get a hold of someone, she was extremely rude and annoyed by having to explain the charges. That is your job to explain why my card was charged 2 additional times without explanation. When her explanation didn’t make sense, I was meet with
“Oh my god” several times. I’m not sure how you’re annoyed by having to do your job We will definitely think twice about staying at hotel Signia in the future because customer service truly matters

Rooms are clean and spacious. On the 23rd floor, Darwin was an excellent housekeeper. He kept my room neat and clean and also ensured I had water and coffee.

Unfortunately the wifi never worked until the last day of our trip. The phones inside the rooms cut out all the time and could not be used to ask for assistance. This lack of connectivity is unacceptable.

The concept of a luxury hotel with conference space is very strong, but here the staff did not have good customer service. The most helpful staff member at the front desk is Aaron. Aaron will get you what you need. If he's there, it's worth waiting for him to get good service and precise information. The rest of the staff is not on the same page. Confusion reigns from the front desk to the restaurants. Ask anyone and you'll get a different response.

Fix the wifi. When you're marketing to a business conference crowd, wifi should never be an issue.

Next, fix the elevators. I should not have to hunch down and hold my key card against the scanner while also pressing the floor number for several seconds just to have it not take the floor number so I can ride the elevator for extra floors. Most hotels with key swipes in the elevator let you swipe the card then press the number and it works every time. Plus, usually those key swipes are not located near the elevator floor. This is terribly designed.

Train the staff.

Aside from these pervasive inconveniences, the hotel is beautiful. It's convenient to hold conferences here because everything is connected. If they had wifi and trained staff, imagine how great it could be.

That simple smile made a huge difference at the start of my day whenever i see her. I commend her for her excellent service and thoroughness of her work. Much appreciated Marie. Let me start by saying I am a marriott guy. I do not usually do hilton. However, after my stay here at Signia Atlanta — I am wanting to explore more hilton properties!||We has an issue when we first got to our room, but the way the manager (Nadia) handled everything so swiftly and smoothly made everything just go away. Also, the house keeping manager (a gentleman whose name i can’t remember) came and addressed the situation and handled everything with a swiftness and grace. ||Also, we had dinner at the Italian restaurant onsite and the food was probably the best Italian i’ve ever had. Our hostess Camryn was so sweet, and our servers Litsey and Joy were so amazing and made the best recommendations on food. They took our stay from 4.5, to 5 star experience! DIAMOND level! ||I’m so appreciative of the staff here and going forward, I will only be staying at the Signia by Hilton hotel in Atlanta.
