This is not a review of their work, as I could not even get someone to call me back. Left two messages and no call back! Very poor customer service SV Electric. If you are too busy for new business, at least call back and let the customer know. Cannot recommend.

Pablo at Sierra Vista Electric was my contact person, three men came out within the week and installed the electric in my garage perfectly. These 3 gentlemen had great customer service, awesome personalities, and the work was primo! I thought the price was reasonable, and I will definitely hire them again if I have any other electrical work that needs to be done. I would give them 10 stars if I could?

Had an electrical emergency and they were there within 20 minutes! Electrician was friendly and fixed the problem within minutes. Would definitely use them in the future.

I would give them 10 stars Pablo, Zach, and Allen completed all of our lighting in the kitchen beautifully! This is a very professional team. My husband is a disabled veteran and SVE took the time to make sure our lighting was perfect. We will be calling on them for future electrical needs.

Just purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Volt and needed to have an in-home 240vac 40amp Charger installed. Sierra Vista Electric to the rescue! I was very impressed with their friendly, expert service. Knowledgeable, competent and easy to talk to. They LISTENED and knew exactly what to do. An attic inspection discovered an unused 240vac line for a previously installed electric range (now gas) and that saved a bundle! A simple matter to install a small junction box and run a short cable to an area on my garage wall we agreed to. They installed the charger and did circuit breaker work as well. I was prepared to pay three times what their final bill was. Couldn't ask for better. Buy with confidence! JCH

Overall the work was done and it was done well and that is why I’m giving a 5 star rating.

However I want to say some points to hopefully help the business improve for the future because I was feeling frustrated prior to the completion of the work. I have a home Warentee and I know how frustrating those are for contractors. The company said they could come out the same day I put a claim in and I said that would be great but I explained I’m the owner of the home and I am not home, but my friend who lives with me is. I asked if it was ok that they take a look at everything and call me after to discuss. They said that was fine. While there they discussed everything with my Roomate and he relayed what he could to me, but the contractor never called me directly to tell me what was going on so we could discuss it. I get a call from the lady in the office and she said everything had been approved (I had 3 things I needed fixed). So I tried to ask her which things specifically were approved and she didn’t know, she insisted it was everything. I asked her to have the person who actually came out and knew what was approved to Call me back so we could discuss so if anything wasn’t approved I could fight with the Warentee company about it before he came out. I never received a call back and the Friday before my Monday appointment I called again and was told he would call me and would talk to me about it Monday but was assured everything was approved. Well as expected only 1 of the 3 things were approved which led to some frustration on my part and the technicians part. But at the end of it they really helped me figure everything out and I’m very happy with the results. I just really felt like the communication leading up to it could have been better.

But as I said overall the work was done quickly and as of right now appears to be great quality work so I’m very happy. There are very few reliable companies out here so I would for sure use them again and would for sure recommend them. They also gave me a time or between 1-3 and they showed up right at 1 so that was also refreshing to see someone show up on time.

Can't rave enough about how great they are. Customer service is their top priority. I called around to get an electrician to install the wiring for a SPA. Most other places were extremely expensive, wanted to come in a few weeks or never called back. Spoke with them on the phone, explained what I needed and they were out the next day for an estimate. Received the estimate while he was there. Then the circuit and wiring was installed the next day. Honest, reliable on time. Can't be beat! Highly recommend!
