We're very happy with the service we received from Alfredo, our electrician. He checked and rechecked every socket multiple times knowing that safety was a huge concern of mine. He also answered all of my questions in detail, which I asked multiple times. He was very pleasant and respectful of the property. Hopefully, we'll never need an electrician again but I will definitely request Alfredo if we do. Thank you again!

Update: Alfredo returned today for a second look at the outlets he repaired during his first visit and to check a couple of rooms that were previously inaccessible. He found two more outlets that needed updating! I'm so happy with the service and now feel completely safe using my outlets. Thank you, Alfredo, for your diligent work and for being so nice! We really appreciate you!

Sierra Pacific went to great lengths to find a ‘same day technician’ for my solar system as we were looking at upcoming frosts, and there were some issues during the past season. Technician Christian was thorough and careful in his inspection. He showed me photos of the issues he found with very detailed explanations. He was so professional and knowledgeable that I thought he was a senior tech but he laughed and said ‘just a year!’ Then he found discounts and warranties to bring the repair cost to an affordable level. Excellent service.

I had a great experience with Colby, a technician with Sierra Pacific Home & Comfort. I thought there was a problem with my relatively new heat pump and scheduled a diagnostic evaluation. This was scheduled promptly and he arrived within the time frame allotted. And he was very personable and professional and willing to answer every question I had and took the time to thoughtfully problem solve my issue. Nothing was wrong with the heat pump, and now I better understand how they work. Colby was very direct and reassuring and went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied and my concern fully addressed.

I have had a couple of great experiences with Sierra Pacific heating and air. First last year my central heating and air in my home was getting ready to go out after 24 years. Sierra Pacific Heating and air came out to give me a quote for a new unit and a difficult install because my home sits on a steep hillside. I was concerned about the difficult install. It was amazing how their crew was not fazed by the difficulties. The crew came together and set a plan to over come any difficulties and the install happened smoothly and the Sierra Pacific crew was great. Best price of all bids, friendly and polite employees, oh and did I say the best price for unit, installation and service.

My next experience was when my insurance client needed to install a water line leak detection shut off. Since the customer had second story laundry, like many insurance companies today, is if you have a second story laundry you will need one of these shut-off valves. After Sierra Pacific inspected for installation they came across a problem from a remodel by previous owner. After investigating the problem and how to solve the situation, once again Sierra Pacific (the problem solvers) came through for my client and for me as their insurance agent.

Sierra Pacific installed solar heating for my pool over 10 years ago and it's been great! When they come out to turn the solar off/on, they always conduct a full check on the system and solar hardware. Today the service guy who came out was Anthony and he was amazing. Personable, thorough, extremely helpful and a great communicator.
