After researching a few solar companies, I reached out to SI solar from a recommendation by someone. I had a zoom meeting with Frank and he gave me a detailed explanation of the whole process and the benefits of the solar panels. My impression of him was that he is very genuine and he has the best intentions to help customers save money. This is why I decided to go with SI solar. Frank is very knowledgable and has excellent customer service. He has a great team that made the process hassle free; they handled all the paperwork for the loan, tax rebate and tax abatement. They communicated very well every step of the way. I am very happy with my solar panels.

If I could I’d give 10 stars!!! The entire staff from SI Solar have been nothing short of amazing. I met with several companies but after my zoom call with Frank I made my choice. Frank is very knowledgeable and was very patient with all my questions( I had many lol). Frank and his entire team made the entire process painless. I purchased solar panels from a different company 8 years ago. Something went wrong with the system and we weren’t producing energy. When I called the company, I was told they no longer do service calls. All that money I spent, I needed to get the panels up and running again.
I called S.I. Solar hoping that they would guide me in some sort of direction. They exceeded my expectations. Dominick answered and told me they would be glad to help. He scheduled appointments to get it checked out, called the company that was in charge of the inverter that needed replacing, said it is under warranty so I only had to pay for the electrician to swap it out. Andrew came and swapped out the inverter. Both gentlemen checked on us several time to make sure everything was up and running to our expectations. I highly recommend this company. If you want to get solar panels, or need service for them, call them! I’m sure you will be as happy as we are. I’m so glad I called them!

He knew exactly how he could support us with our problem. Their expert team came to check on the system, and figure out how to fix it. They were prompt, kind and patient each and every appointment. They ordered parts, tracked down warranties and got our system back up and running. They communicated with us every step of the way. After getting an outrageous estimate for Solar Panels on my home from a national company, I called SÌ Solar from a recommendation of a previous customer. Frank came to my home and gave me a detailed explanation of the entire process as well as a side-by-side comparison to my previous estimate. The customer service and communication throughout, from pre-construction and post installation was phenomenal! Monica takes care of the office with permits, submission of plans, contact with City and Utilities and I was in constant phone and email contact with her throughout. Economically, the package they presented to me was not only far cheaper, it was more convenient. They took care of filing for real estate tax abatement with NYC so I did not have to submit them. If you are considering getting Solar for your home, do yourself a favor and call SI Solar before you sign a contract with someone else. Everyone one from initial contact, installers, and office personnel were complete professionals.

Excellent company and workmanship and better yet the service afterwards is amazing as well. You get the app which you can see your production of power and consumption. You can see if you have any issues with your panels. The value of these panels are amazing. My bills for electric are very minimal in the winter and non existent in the summer with central air on all day
