Initial response time from my request was really fast. I received a quote that was a competitive price for the model I wanted. Even though the model was not on the lot, which is unbelievable based on the stock they have, Devin was able to find the model I wanted in less than a few days. I drove 2 hours and met John P. Best decision ever. He was patient. First I caught him while he was eating lunch lol and he immediately put his food down and took me in. I went to the restroom room and he was waiting for me. We went outside and there she was my new 2020 Polaris 450 sportsman Atv. He knew every detail about this machine. I got a great deal and a greater deal with a trailer. Needless to say the Atv is parked outside right now. I will be back for a boat in the future.

Good sales people. They will offer more waters than you can drink. Friendly, probably climbed in every thing in the show room and they didn’t mind. John gets the paperwork ready Quick if your paying cash. Good experience overall. Will go back. They can get service manuals.

John Pillsbury was very helpful in working with me. I had a good experience with the dealer overall. As far as the staff, everything was excellent. I am going to give a 4 star only as the Polaris 70 I bought, which looked practically brand new, had the taillight on and I couldn’t see it. I had it loaded on my trailer to carry it home. Apparently there is an issue with the taillight sensors that can go bad. It was daytime when we loaded it and I didn’t see the light being on at first. It wasn’t until I was nearly three hours away near home that it became dark and I could see it. If it weren’t for that, I’d rate them a 5 star. I did speak with them briefly about this, but I’m sure that there’s probably nothing that can be done as I bought the 4 wheeler as-is. Everyone was great as far as working with them though.
