Dear Sheetz Customer Service,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent visit to your Elysburg location, which occurred on one of the busiest weekends due to its proximity to the local amusement park. My experience was nothing short of horrendous, and I feel compelled to bring these issues to your attention.

I placed an order for two hot dogs, expecting them to be ready within the quoted 36 minutes. However, after waiting 55 minutes, I still had not received my order and ultimately left without it. While I recognize that it was only two hot dogs, the excessive wait time for such a simple item is absolutely unacceptable. I can’t fathom why you would continue to take orders when clearly the staff could not keep up. Shutting off mobile orders until caught up would have been a more efficient and customer-friendly solution.

Additionally, the condition of the store was appalling. There was a spill at the soda machine, with only a few wet napkins thrown down to absorb it no wet floor sign was present, creating a serious safety hazard. Even more concerning, the bathrooms were closed because there was no toilet paper or paper towels or even napkins available. This kind of negligence is inexcusable for any business, especially one expecting high foot traffic on a busy weekend.

When I requested a refund after waiting so long, I was told I would need to ask the manager, who was too busy on the line attempting to assist other customers. This added to my frustration, as there was no proper communication or resolution offered.

As someone who has spent a significant amount of time in the restaurant industry, I understand the challenges of managing during peak times. However, this visit demonstrates a severe lack of preparation, inadequate staffing, and poor management of the situation. It is clear that your policies and operational strategies need to be revisited.

I am extremely disappointed in this experience and hope that Sheetz takes this complaint seriously. I urge you to reevaluate how this store is managed, particularly during high-volume periods, to prevent such appalling experiences for other customers in the future.

A very sweet, courteous, young women was a pleasure to deal with while shopping at this location. Her name was Roselene. She brightened my day by how she greeted customers and her kind demeanor.

Our burritos looked like they were made by someone wearing mittens who has never wrapped a burrito before in their life. On top of that all of the ingredients that should have been warm were ice cold, with salsa served in a squeeze packet in the side. Inedible and gross.

First let me say, I love Sheetz. I travel a lot across PA and Sheetz is my best friend. This location is one of the top 3 worst locations I've ever visited. Every time I stop in, it's some kind of nonsense. Incorrect orders, badly made food or like today, paid for two shots of espresso and got one. Girl was extremely rude.

Um. It's a place to get gas. People really freak out over the food here a lot for some reason, about how good it is . Wow. I feel back for those people who enjoy this stuff. Also. Ordered a salad with steak. They forgot the steak ha. And I paid way too much for it.

Had to have them remake a hot chicken wrap because when I got the first one the chicken was as cold as it came out of the refrigerator. Went to get a bottle of water from the cooler and the shelf’s were almost empty. Wanted to get a sweet tea in the fountain but unlike other Sheetz stores they did not have that option. I went to the cooler and got the last sweet tea. The place is just a mess.

Used a legit $100 bill for purchase in the store and was given a fake (for motion picture only) $50 bill as part of my change. When I called the store the manager claimed that could never happen because they check every bill. I didn't notice the bill or question it honestly until an hour later I was using it to pay at another store. When I asked them to check the footage because I was being honest; the manager was extremely sarcastic and said "No, I don't think so". I am beyond upset that I am out my $50 and the store acted as if I was the criminal.
