Sadly how corrupt this company is coldest months you get charged $44 but then a month where only 3-5 days are what they call cold they charge over $140 smh it’s sad that all the other bills are way cheaper including electric n water but it’s ok god bless and karma catches up!!!! If u have the choice don’t @this company not worth the headache!!!

Smh $100 for 10 minutes drive , that’s what you will get charge if you happend to spend 2 months at hospital forgot to pay ur gas bill and instead of having a disconnection notice or cut off they send someone to come tell you, you now owe another $100 for them coming out to you smh not even mortgage or rent charges $100 for lateness

We use gas only for heat during the winter, but still pay all summer for gas whether we use it or not. We eventually had it completely turned off and they still make you pay for someone to come check it. Also on our guest house they charged us to come turn it on. They never came to turn it on. Then I ask for the $60 back since they never came and it’s non refundable, no questions asked. The fact that the lady was laughing at the fact I was having trouble with the situation was also just great.

This company is willing to jeopardize their reputation and negatively impact an elderly woman's livelihood over a "$75 reconnection fee".

That should basically say everything that you need to know about this company.

Well we blew a transformer because of a squirrel. Which caused a fire at the top of our pole in our yard. Too much excitement this late. Thank you Sevier County Electric for your fast response time very much appreciate you guys and the hard work you put in!!!
