I called SERVPRO and spoke with Soliette Aviles who was professional and thorough explaining the process of services they provide. She scheduled my appointment and assured me that SERVPRO is a full service provider and once the mitigation was completed that my file would move to the construction department. The work went smooth, the technicians were very knowledgeable and hard working. SERVPRO provided a stress free transition which was a huge relief as we didn’t need any additional stress. Hands down I would use SERVPRO again and highly recommend their services to others. Upon completion the owner Farouk Lalji reached out to see if everything was up to our standards.
