Chris did an awesome job of putting together an Emergency Ready Profile for our facilities at the Prattville YMCA. He made sure to include all relevant information in a book for us that has everything needed in the event of an emergency. He was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. The Servpro Team Bowen led by Mr. Kendrekus is the epitome of professionalism. When the first representative arrived on the scene he assured us that they had it under control, and there has been no disappointment. During each visit they have been prompt, courteous and thorough. Mr. Kendrekus has kept me informed regarding each phase of the process letting me know what to expect.
