Let me bullet-point what I don't like ServPro of Paramus
* Only interested in maximizing their own profit, not in the quick restoration from the fire.
* To maximize their profit, they damaged the building rather than restored them --> most businesses were affected by those unnecessary demolition.
* Restored condition (low quality material and work) is poorer than before the fire.
* Understaffed workforce and slow process
* They treated our removed parts (signs, light fixtures, smoke detectors) badly and damaged the signs, but took no responsibility for the damage
* Upon our request for the compensation for the damaged signs, they (Tony: president) turned off the communication.

Steven and his crew got to my house within the hour. They were not only prompt, but efficient, professional and sympathetic. They got the job done. Steve explained the process throughout the whole thing and even gave me the numbers of other professionals I would need like the plumber and reconstruction co. I would never use anyone else if I had water damage again. They are pros!

I needed to attach a hose to an outdoor spigot that we had never used. I opened the valve, tested the spigot - it all seemed fine. Then I left the house for 2 hours. When I got home, our home office was flooded, as well as a good part of our basement. It turns out the pipe I turned on had two holes in it, and they leaked enough to cause a bad flood. We called Servpro Paramus, and they came right over. It took several days for them to dry out the basement, as well as get all the moisture out of the wood floor in the office. It looks as if we will be able to save the floor, and I could not be happier. Steve (the crew chief) was professional, courteous and kept me up-to-date every step of the way. I'm so grateful to Servpro Paramus and cannot say enough good things about them.

This company was very professional From the customer service to the end of the job. We had water in our basement which flooded our carpet. I call first thing in the morning and someone was at our house to give us an estimate within 2 hours. They carefully inspected the area and made sure we were set up immediately. They moved everything out of the way and 3 days later we were completely dry. No smells... no hidden fees or upgrade sales pitches They were straight forward and efficient! I highly recommend SERPRO!

ServPro saved us when we realized at 7pm that we had inches of water in our basement. Someone was at our house within 2 hours. He was professional, knowledgeable and very nice. Joe and his crew followed up first thing in the morning over the next 3 days. They were neat and thorough in their work. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Called them after a hot water heater in the condo flooded our unit below them. They were on scene within 2 hours of my initial phone call and did a wonderful job removing all the wet dry wall and insulation. They even came Christmas day to pick up their dryer fans. Even through the insurance paid the bill, I though the rate was very reasonable.

Bryce, Matt and Steve from the Paramus office went above and beyond for our issue in our crawlspace. They were here within 2 hours of my phone call to the national number. I would absolutely recommend them again. Truly professional.
