Mike & his Servpro team were able to assist in restoring one of our units affected by water damage that needed to be restored completely. Everything from drywall, flooring, bathroom, kitchen cabinets, electrical and more. They were a true blessing making this process most seamless and smooth for my mom and I. I had a horrible water leak inside the walls of my condo and it involved extensive reconstruction and replacement of 90 percent of our first floor.
Esmeralda and her staff were amazing with communication and patiently explained all stages of the rebuild.
Luis Castro, their contractor was extremely detailed and it reflected in his crews workmanship.

SERVPRO of Garden Grove/Stanton provided our family with outstanding care. We suffered. major slab leak resulting in extensive recovery work. We had care and support every step of the way. Esmeralda did a miraculous job coordinating with our homeowner's insurance company and patiently answering all my questions; Mike and Marcu were incredibly polite and knowledgable with all of our questions; and the after-hours line was always answered by a live person ready to help. Matthew and the team were very professional. After remediation, they replaced an exterior wall, rebuilt the water heater closet (inside and out), plumbing, water heater relocation, electrical work and installed a new shower/tub on the other side of the repaired wall in the master bath. They also put new flooring and painted. Very happy with the work.
Matt worked directly with my insurance adjuster and everything went smoothly.
