Thankful for Jay, Jonathan, and Andrew. Our fridge had a water leak and they took immediate action to make sure our home was cared for. They came to check on the drying process everyday. Very kind and considerate and helped make sure everything was dry after our fridge leaked. They also called each time with a courtesy call and arrived at our home promptly. We would recommend them to anyone having a problem within their home.

I had a great experience with Tina, Marika, Maddie. Tina was so great at communicating and shushing around my needs. Smoke damage was something I’ve never experienced and it’s been a very complicated frustrating journey since the fire, but they made the cleaning part so easy and I’m so happy we decided to go with ServPro on this project. After flooding in our home, we reached out to Servpro. The initial team that did restoration were wonderful then it all went downhill. The team that did the repairs were awful. We had non stop issues and I would never use or recommend to anyone. Sloppy work that never got fixed, I didn’t trust them after 3 tries, damaged new fixtures in the house. Left trash everywhere including beer bottles. And at the end they tried to charge for repairs that were never even done. I would encourage everyone to look at the line item charges and compare with other companies. They charge way too much and do a terrible job. Use another company or hire contractors that know what they are doing.

We called 3 emergency plumbers in the Decatur area after our apartment complex didn't answer our sewer backup call.
