We recently experienced water damage in our home late at night, and the SERVPRO of Birmingham team was nothing short of amazing. Patrick, Juan, Sam, and Zach arrived quickly and were fully prepared to get to work. They took the time to explain everything that was happening, the next steps, and how they would help us through the process.

The next day, Jeff, our project manager, came by, and he was absolutely wonderful! He checked on us daily, communicated any updates we needed to know, and made sure we were taken care of. He also coordinated a fantastic crew, TK, Adrian, Ladarius, Noe, Decorean, Jalen, and Clemson, who worked hard and fast to get our wood floors removed and the mitigation process completed.

We couldn’t be more thankful for this team and their dedication to getting our home back in shape. If you’re dealing with water damage like we did, I highly recommend SERVPRO of Birmingham!

Yesterday was a surreal day, one we never expected on our Bingo card. We woke up to our brand new refrigerator leaking all over our kitchen floor. Even worse, the improperly installed ice maker valve wouldn’t shut off and the main water line valve was stuck. But it was already too late, the damage was done. Water was under the floor that was starting to buckle and crumble. I had many heroes that day, and Keith, Tyler, Chris and Anthony of the Pelham AL Servpro team were super quick to respond and get the repair process started.

Water damage from a broken hot water heater resulted, and the need for new flooring but asbestos underneath the flooring was also discovered. We were told we had to pack up everything and get it out of our large finished basement. ServPro provided two ladies to pack up everything and move it out so that the asbestos team could get to work. Thank you to Angelica and Guadalupe for doing such an amazing and efficient packing job as well as moving all the boxes, many, many boxes, out safely! You were fantastic and very professional!

Two weeks later, my job is not finished, but I had to get all the boxes off the above mentioned porch, back into the original room. We were having lunch for 35 people in two days and I could not get it done by myself. Mark sent Isaiah, Brett and Mason to move all those many, many boxes (some very heavy and filled with books) back down the staircase into the room that had been damaged. Polite, cheerful and efficient, these three very capable men got the job done and no time with A great attitude. They even offered to help rearrange. Some furniture for my luncheon.

Servpro was great after our home fire. They worked so hard to clean up and removal of all fire damaged items. Jazmine was so wonderful! I cannot say enough good things! Whatever she gets paid it is not enough, she is such a huge asset to Servpro! She and her team treated my house as if it were their own.
Keith, Evan, Dk, Tk and tiki also did a great job removing everything from the home. I didn’t include the guys that came out and removed insulation, they were the best too! So glad I chose Servpro for my home, they made everything so easy for me after such a stressful situation. Evan handled everything wonderfully and even came late to help me get my AC back on.
