I rented a tunnel machine, it broke and they fixed it better than new. Finished the tunnel. It was nice that they worked with me. I recommend them

Excellent equipment and top notch service. Just did a weekly rental of a tractor. Unfortunately had a a piece of the three point hitch break. It was just before closing time when I called and the service tech had me send him photos of the problem. They sent a service man with a different (up graded) machine. Thanks again.

If you want to rent equipment that works and deal with good customer service, this isn't the place for you. We rented a rototiller that wouldn't have cut through hot butter. When we returned it barely an hour later we were told we were liars and just didn't know how to operate the equipment. Save yourself some money and time and go elsewhere.

Not the best experience with Service Rentals. Rented a small excavator from them, less than 4 hours runtime and the track came off of the hub. We was able to get it back on and a few minutes later it came off again. I called them and they said they would send a technician out to fix, but would charge a service fee. Technician showed up and put track back on, within a few minutes the same track came off again. Technician put track back on, I called and told them to come get it. They kept saying it was operator error. They ended up up charging us $219.50 for service charge.The operator has been running equipment longer than most of them has been alive. I will not and do not recommend renting from Service Rentals.

Always seem to what you need. All their tools and equipment are in excellent working order and fueled up. Prices are fair and they will deliver bigger equipment. Great to have a business like this available locally.

Excellent as soon as I hit that door 3 steps in I was asked could they help me. I told him what I needed he knew right off explained the difference in each and gave me his opinion which would be best without trying to rent the most expensive. Told me when to be back where to go go pick it up. They loaded it and when I came back it was a repeat performance. I ask do I need to bring in he said oh no just drive back same spot and I popped my trunk and he got it. Thanks guys and the 1 young lady. Well done...

I have rented twice from this company during past two months, once was for a Miter saw, and just recently a Track Skid Steer- that had to be delivered. Equipment were in good operating shape. Customer service was excellent. They were very easy to deal with, to make arrangements with, and were very accommodating. If in the Paris area (and Dover where I live) this company is definitely the go-to place for high quality equipment, and at very reasonable prices I might add. I priced the Skid Steer at multiple different locations, and they were the least expensive and the machine was a fairly new Takeuchi brand T8. Worked perfectly. Thanks.
