Customer service is always great. I'm also happy to see that not only are they making technology updates, but they are doing very thoughtfully. The communication about the updates has been excellent and they are making temporary accomodations this month for any issues related to the changes that affect billing/payments. I was previously frustrated with the outdated approach to the technological aspect, but it appears updating it has been on their radar.

I feel very fortunate to have SVEC electric co-op servicing my area. I have (knock on wood) been extremely fortunate, especially being located on the mountain, not to have been without power for more than a few seconds....and perhaps an hour the time someone hit one of the poles with their car. Especially grateful they keep us up and running in the winter time.

Thank you to the hardworking men and women keeping us powered up, especially in the times where losing power too long could have greater consequences than some frozen/burst water pipes.

6 29 2024 update have never dealt with coop supposedly owned by its customers who treats its owners like servents. There are constant power failures power has been out 12 times in the last 8 weeks! Well power is out again with no explanation as to why or when it will be back on!? This is the worst run company the president needs to be replaced !we are going to the next board meeting to get answers this is not acceptable nor will it be tolerated !
