There are many negative reviews of this office and I have to say that I agree with some them but it concerns me the most that no one seems to care because none of these complaints seem to get answered or even paid attention to. Please someone at least have the decency to acknowledge that you care at least a little bit about our concerns

I was disconnected for a previous balance of $2.54. They changed me $50.00 penalty for disconnect fee plus $2.96 penalty fee, which they added to my bill. Shame on you!!! especially during COVID-19 when hand washing is a must. That’s just greed!!!
