I was referred by a current renter. My 1st experience with Nikki at the fruitridge location, was not very customer friendly, her tone & know it all personality came through loud & clear. Not good for future business. She lighten up a bit as i continued to be my energetic & personable self. Its perfectly ok to be knowledgeable and not be arrogant in your approach. Remember to Treat everyone equally & respectfully.

Excellent service very friendly one thing the suggested to put one key from my lock in an envelope on site in case I lost it or left home
Sure enough the next day I left the key home and just had to give my storage info so I was able to use the key in the envelope saved me so much time and gas. Staff excellent.

I’ll give them 3 stars because they do what they are supposed to do, and that is provide a clean and safe storage for your stuff. However, the lady that runs the place has some issues and her actions seriously had me considering moving all of my stuff to another place. On the day of my moving day, I had 3 friends who were kind enough to help me move my belongings. They were also kind enough to use their personal vehicles. The manager came up to me on her golf cart with her 19 yr old daughter with green hair and told me that I have too many friends helping me. I thought she was joking. I told her next time I will tell my good friends that they can’t help me because the storage lady only allows you to have a couple friends help you.

Found a lizard and lots of bugs in my storage. The location is terrible to get in and out of. The lady at front desk with purple hair was so kind and always helpful but the supervisor was so unprofessional, disrespectful and not manager material at all. A gentleman that works there gave out some of my personal info to a person who called and asked who had a certain storage # and also told them when my last payment was and when next one is due along with my name. Highly unprofessional. If it wasn't for the front desk lady and her kindness and help I would not of stayed there more than a week. Between the bugs, lizards, rude manager and staff giving out personal info I would never go there again or recommend it to anyone I know unless I dont like them .

No moving equipment, found droppings in my unit, no climate controlled. Misinformation given over the phone about there being moving equipment and no rodent issues. Front desk was very kind and the security alarm being tied to your check in saved the rating. While there an alarm went off several times so it does seem like they work but I was not close enough to see if anyone came to check it out.

I've been a customer for just over a year now, and have to say that I could not be happier with the service I receive. The staff are always courteous and professional. Furthermore, the facility is very clean, NO issues with pests, rodents, or trash, as I've seen in other facilities. I trust that my belongings are safe due to the security cameras and every time I'm there I've seen a staff member out checking the property to make sure their high standards are met. I recommend Security Public Storage on Fruitridge Rd in Sacramento, CA to anyone in need of a storage facility.
