I had the worse experience with one of their contractors named Konde. He was so disrespectful and walked around my house playing music with no regard for my sleeping baby. I a as requested for him to leave and he refused to listen and continued to walk upstairs. The company refused to send a different contractor to finish the job and resulted in me being very uncomfortable.

Such a great company. The people at Sector 7 are by far some of the most amazing and supportive people. They really have fun and enjoy helping others. The team leaders are wonderful and incredibly motivating. Especially Preston, but I am a little bias since he was my team leader. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Back in November of 2021, a sales rep by the name of Austin Meland came to our home. He presented his solar package and the benefits we would gain from going solar.

He looked at our power bills and usage. He first suggested a 7kwh system for the amount of our monthly usage. He then changed that to a 6kwh system as we would create a credit 8 months of the year on our power bill, and use the credit the other 4 months. This turned out to be a misrepresentation. As it turns out our power company does not and has never offered a buy back program. There for we will never get a credit to our power bill.

The system was purchased in November, not operational til mid March, due to scheduling, holidays and their electricians in ability to wire the system properly.

As soon as we received the first full bill with the solar usage used for the entire month we noticed something wrong. There was no credit. I then started making phone calls to our power company, then to Sector 7, and our sales rep. Basically getting the run around. They then tried to sell us a 15,000 dollar battery back up system to take the extra we produced.

We have contacted Sector 7 many times and keep getting the same excuses, two panels are not enough to make an order, I will check with my supervisor and get back to you (Emily) with no call backs.

As we found out tonight the problem isn't our panels as much as it is the inverter, which limits the amount of energy we produce, called clipping. Usually done with East or West facing arrays. We have a south facing array.

Sector 7 is taking no action to fix our issue caused by their misrepresentation at the sales level. We will be filling a claim with the BBB as soon as we figure out what it will take to make the system what it should, and what it was represented to do.

Be careful with the awful company. They will try and scam you in to thinking your contract is up with your current company to get you to sign with another. Luckily, I did my research and saw I still had 3 years left on my current contract. Don't do business with this company! They are scam artist.

They use fake invoices they edit online, fake bank statements, fake addresses and closed businesses to show to these non-existent places are saving money by using their services which they then proceed to present to people and lie to. Don’t do business with them. Frauds.

I will be filling out a lawsuit first this company bc they try to get more money out of me and they were supposed to install batteries and now there not I been calling them several times and no response even from emails and no call backs too this be a on going battle with them for a year half now. I'm done hope they have a good lawyer
