They started the project in March 2024. It’s now the middle of January 2025 and our solar system is not up and running !!
They tried to install the batteries three different times and each time they did not pass inspection.
After the fourth attempt, they mounted batteries to the wall and inspection was passed. We have eight solar panels that are not working. They have sent over three different guys, including their technician manager and still not working.
Darrel is our project manager. He has tried to work with us, but I’m now scared that our system is a lemon. Do not use this company complete nightmare from day one!!

Anthony, Ben, Maritza and Julian were great installers! They were very punctual and professional. It was obvious they were well trained and very experienced at there craft. They arrived and got to work right away. Its refreshing to see they knew what they were doing and they showed a great level of competence. They are a great asset to Sea Bright!!!!

Great solar panel installation last Thursday by Sea Bright Solar's "Gold Team" (Sal, Hector, Aaron & Adan). They went out of their way to install the wiring to be concealed & neat looking. I had extra tiles on hand so they replaced as needed. They were very responsive to any concerns that I had and left everything clean. Thank you!

We were very happy with our panel installation. Our salesperson, Mike Symmes, explained the costs, benefits, and the installation process thoroughly. And then...... everything went exactly as planned. The crew came on the scheduled start date and finished ahead of schedule. They passed all of the inspections and the system has been giving us back money ever since.
I would highly recommend SunPower/Sea Bright to anyone. They were incredibly organized and performed above expectations. Thanks again!

We signed the contract last March with Wade at Sea Bright Solar. We knew that it would take long to install with all the supply chain issues happening, and it took sending a few emails to get updates, but we finally got our solar panels installed last Oct. 16-18. Anthony and the rest of the crew (sorry I didn't get their names) were able to install 20 panels in one day. Jason and Victor installed the electrical. They had to switch off the power for about 1-2 hours, but they asked us first when would be the best time so we can schedule it. Finally, Mike came in to patch up and paint the walls in our garage. Their work was very professional looking. Our garage even looks better now. We had the solar panels working on day 3, but right now, we are still waiting for the city to approve the installation and enable the battery. We're very happy with the solar installation and with Sea Bright Solar!

SunPower by Sea Bright Solar just finished the installation of my (2) Tesla Wall Batteries and 16.5kv Solar system. Chris Palmer and Emma Stadler did a fantastic job being my go to from sales through Permission To Operate. The hand off between sales to construction was well coordinated and I always had updates along the way. This is the second time I hire Sea Bright for similar size projects in the last 2 years. I highly recommend you call Chris Palmer if you need an honest assessment and estimate.

Have had a wonderful experience with this crew from sales, installation, and follow-up. The system has been up and running for several months. PG&E bills are zero $. Any little issue is immediately addressed by Loren in the office and next or same day service from Jeff, Louie, Tommy, Jose, and Darren in the field. Couldn’t be happier with the Sunpower system and the service so far.

The worst experience ever. We signed the solar contract on 4/30/22 and it is currently the end of December 2023 and this project HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED. There have been delays every step of the way. The company has had a turnover of project managers. There is no accountability for getting the job done. They ignore our emails and phone calls and do not call back. The panels finally got installed in April 2023 a year after the contract was signed but failed the inspection. The problem was fixed and they were operational as of the end of August 2023. They were supposed to upgrade our electric panel and install a Tesla charger as part of the contract. They half did the electric panel and we can't get a hold of them again. We even filed a complaint with the California State Contractor's Board after which they started to respond but failed to respond again the state board closed the complaint. We are unable to get this project completed.
