Salesman, Bill Riichardson, came to my home in a few hours the day I was told by a technician my furnance needed replaced. He took the time to get the furnance I wanted from Onalaska AND
delivered it before 7am the next morning. Installer, John Reisinger began removing my old furnance and installing the new one immediately. Both men (in my opinion) provided great customer service, Schneider Heating and Air Conditioning owners should be proud to have these guys as employees. By the end of the day my heat was back on and the worries about the furnance not functioning and/or fear of carbon monixide entering the air was gone!! Thanks guys, I will let others know the high quality customer service you provide.

Just had a new furnace installed 1.5 years ago and it’s not working. Called and they told me they would be out today to look at it and later in the day they called me back and said they can’t come out until Monday.😡 it’s below freezing 🥶 house is currently at 50 and dropping. Why would they tell me they could come out and then cancel later. I feel they don’t stand behind what the salesman told me. I would never recommend this company.

We received an automatic alarm notice while we out of state for some time from our house. It indicated that the temp had fallen in the house to 47F. I called Service Plus at 8:00AM I received a call back at noon from the service tech (Keith) that all was repaired (blower motor) and he also cleaned unit while there. Great service and great peace of mind!

Can i just say again how much i love this business? My HVAC went out on the 4th of July and not only did These guys show up the same morning i called, but when they gave me the bad news that my 18 year old AC needed replacing, their sales rep was here within hours and had my new system up and operational in no time! They didnt try to sell me on something bigger than i needed, but matched my needs to my system! Thanks so much to Keith, Carl, Nancy and Jon! Your Team is top notch!!!
