It's a real shame the lady in the office is likely the first person anyone would get to deal with when visiting in person. To go out of your way to make sure our visit was as much of a waste of time and disappointment it some true dedication. If that's the face of your company then good lord.
However the gentleman that we made a deal with, I really wish I got his name, was actually nice and very professional. He should be the face anyone talks to.
Blue Valley is never going to come and look at your, as you put it, "Pile of Junk"
Not a single other dealer has ever had the issues you claimed nor fabricated lies or made up policies to turn people away. Stop being uneducated.
Answering your phone once in a while is nice too.

Was told I could grab something from their scrap yard, spent $200 on a uhaul to go pick scrap, then was turned away once I got there, drove almost 2 hours just to waste my time. Very unprofessional of them.
