Would expect more knowledgeable employees. The normal residential customer shouldn’t have to know more the a sce employee. Especially when there are constant mistake with billing and the Edison app. You would expect more out a utility under the CPUC. Going solar is not the problem, dealing with Edison is. Edison can not seem to do what is right, my brand new meter from Tesla is not corresponding the same numbers as my sce meter. I’m getting charged at least an extra 8kwh a day on my consumption. Then it’s saying I’m generating 8kwh extra to the grid. This discrepancy causing me to lose. Then to try to get a meter calibration or a new meter, or Atleast someone to come check it out I was on the phone for a hour and a half. Nothing was accomplished, now I have to call planning.

So they never pick up the phone. My bill is exactly 2 times as high as last month. I mean down yo the penny. And I paid last month on time. I don't touch my a/c it stays at 70 all the time. I don't have 2 a/c units so if I'm using the exact same amount of energy as last month why is it twice as high. So I go down there like you guys need to check my meter. N I'll be damned if that payment center is closed. So if it's a ghetto neighbor ripping me off what I'm supposed yo pay their bill too? I can't get a hold of anyone.

OMG! I wanted to put service in my name because I'm moving in. I called a number given online. It was aPregnacy Protection Hotline. Called a different number shown online; they wanted to sell me a medical alert necklace. WTH?

Then they told me my address didn't exist. Then they told me I lived in Unit 3, which I don't. Can't set it up online because I don't live in Unit 3. God forbid there is an emergency because I've been on the phone for 42 min, and I'm now on hold, waiting for a supervisor who I'm sure will never come. And that's just trying to start service. I am NOT looking forward to working with these people for the rest of my life.

I only gave it one star because I had to. I would give them a big fat 0. I am set up for auto pay and they won't take it out. Now I can't even pay my bill online so now I have to go into the office to fight them in getting this taken care of. I have never had such horrendous service or problems getting my bill taken care of.

Worst customer service and website ever. I want the last 2 billing statements but have spent three days trying to get in touch with a real person. When I finally did, they disconnected, then left me there saying hello... They didnt even hang up, just disconnected their side of the conversation.
