Have been trying to contact this company for over a week in response to EDISON's energy saving program notice and their mail box is always full. I wonder if EDISON is aware that this subcontracted vendor is not doing their job for their consumers!!

They have scheduled me 4 appointments and have missed all of them! No show!! No courtesy call back! They never answer their line and when you leave a message good luck because you will not receive a call back! Very very bad for business.
