The people that run this company are horrible. It's a shame when the people in an area have only one option for such an important service and the company takes advantage of that power and treats the people so poorly. I wish we had a water company here with the same customer service as our Electric company, TVEC! They actually care about the people. I would give Savannah Utility Dept. 0 stars if it was an option.

The ladies that answer the phone (Edith and Marsha) are extremely rude and unprofessional. It don’t matter how polite you are with them, if they don’t like what u have to say they just get rude and hang up on you. Very unprofessional, And very disappointed in how they behaved on the phone.
