I am the HOA president and am extremely dissatisfied with the amount of time it has taken to complete this simple project. We paid for 10 lights to be put up in May and here it is middle of September and they finally finished the poles with no lights. Everytime we call, it was excuse after excuse. They have now made 5 promise dates to finish the project and still aren't done.
UPDATE: Sat Energy finally completed the lights and gave us a free light and a discount for taking so long.

As an HOA president, we have used SAT Energy on a couple of solar projects and was happy with the products and service until now. In September of 2023, a streetlight failed and we have made several attempts to get it repaired. Rossie keeps saying they will be out to replace the battery, fails to provide any follow-up. This is a safety issue for our neighborhood and we just want it fixed.

Took almost over a year and never fixed the problem! Very unprofessional in communicating .Excuse after excuse! Ended up just picking up right now and even then there are wires lose that we didnt have when we gave to fix. Face to face excuse after excuse again that technician was not there blah blah if i could put 0 stars i would but id give them 10 stars for lying and excuses and 20 for waisting my time and was just a waist of money because never got the service that I paid for!
