We stayed for an overnight on a long trip and wouldn't do so again. The room was lovely. The staff members were all very nice, though some of the information provided was of dubious accuracy. Food was the problem. When we reserved we were told they don't provide b'fast and their restaurant opens at 8:00 am. Fine. On our afternoon arrival, we visited the restaurant that served b'fast (thereby confirming its location) and even saw the menu. Except, it wasn't open for b'fast. No place other than the coffee shop was and every employee was stunned at this development. We were travelling with a geriatric dog super sensitive to heat, which made this more of a problem.

It is a beautiful area, and the rooms are very nice. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The Indian taco was good. I wish the steakhouse were open, as well as the comedy show. It would have been nice to have other things to do besides gamble. I also wish there was a shuttle to old town. I also did not like that Styrofoam cups are used for environment factors, but all in all, amazing would come back again oh yes, and if u are a smoker, you have to go outside and no alcoholic drinks are allowed on the floor and drinks shut down around 10:30

This was my first ever casino experience. The service here is awful. Went to play blackjack at an empty tabel with 10$ minimum, and pit boss came over and said "if your just going to bet the minium its better if you just go buy a beer instead."This was my very first hand, I literally never played before. Our group was also getting carded the entire night, they would not leave us alone. So we decided to just pack everythig up and head over to sandia. The experinec was night and day. At sandia we didnt get carded once, and the dealers were awsome. Sandia is the new hang out spot for our group.

Cold showers are the norm here (I've stayed several times over the past couple months). The front desk is aware of the problem but doesn't warn you or do anything but offer to send up a maintenance worker. Otherwise rooms are clean and mostly comfortable. No microwaves. Keurig pods in room are weakest offerings ever. Food available off casino is below average at best, including the steak house which can't even seem to cook a steak to the temp requested (on two occasions over two months). Location is nearby things I need which is it's main draw for me.

I absolutely love this place! It was so great to take pictures with our cars, I totally recommend bringing your car here. Definitely see myself coming back to take more pics. The only downside is that staff are on the top floor, so it's closed off. It would be nice to take some pictures on the very top floor.

You catered the holiday Party for the Roadrunner Region Porsche Club of America. It was a fabulous event enjoyed by over 80 members. The food was outstanding. The service during our event was outstanding. We can’t thank you enough for helping create this fabulous member experience. If I needed a venue for a wedding or corporate dinner/ lunch you would definitely be my first pick. Great location& parking. It made it easy for anyone to attend.

It was very nice and clean, the staff was a little too slow for me. I was very bummed about their steak house. Was not impressed with the steak. Sides were pretty good. They are proud of their meals. It will set you back just over $100 per person. If you don't drink alcohol. Casino is nice but you can't drink out on the floor, kinda different.

When doing the reservation, I had made a mistake by one night. We needed to stay an extra night. The service by Brianna at the front desk was EXCELLENT! She went above and beyond to make the change possible and was super helpful. She knows the importance of service and made it all easy for us to enjoy an additional night at the hotel.
