Customer service is the worst here. Especially the manager Jeff. He is so rude and could care less to help customers. His condescending attitude definitely steers customers away .Now I know why they don’t have much customers. Will not be spending my hard earned money here again!

I agreed with low score and what people say. Purchased a $600 ac only to be yelled because. they were only accepting cash I went to near ATM and got the cash,they also said no check. Got money and went to counter to pay for it. The cashier by the name Jeff started picking the money before I finished couting out it out, I told her (Jeff) don't pick the before I finish counting it out. She got angry startled yelling and very rude, over the top everyone in the store could hear her. I made a complaint to the cooperate office. They said they would take appropriate action. I've been going there for 30 years, yes the other customers that have made similar reviews of rudeness and poor service are saying the truth. It's a hostel environment for most parts. I not saying all employees are hustle I must say. If I were the owner I would fire anyone talking to customers in that manner. I have 12 unit apartment and have not been back (I go home depot) although it's a futher, I have no problems with returns or attitudes.

Very bad customer service i ask for a part of water heater and they just told me if i go to any store they gonna say “get a new water heater” and he not even look for the piece, don’t even go to this store they suck at customer service and they are racist. ACE is better

Walked in, and as we were looking for a part, an employee asked if we needed help. We said yes, showed him what we needed, and he took us straight to the part. He didn't judge us or anything, just did his job and a good one at that.

My grandfather used to love shopping here but that has since changed. He was treated very poorly after repeatedly trying to ask for help and was ignored. He was finally yelled at by a cashier, telling him to speak English. Racism should NOT be tolerated. I am disgusted by the behavior of all the people who work there and ignored not only my grandfather but other people in the store. They are rude and clearly should not be working in a customer service role.

Short on stock when you go to the checkout to pay for your products the two ladies act as if it's a inconvenience for them to get off their stool to check you out. No hello no thank you nothing from them, you would be better off hiring robots, you would save money and be able to train them how to interact with customers!
