There is a very lovely and extremely helpful young woman there, named Mikayla, with dark hair. She is always so kind, informative, and most definitely has the best advice and technique for makeup. Ask her how she does her cat eyes! Love, love, love having her talk me through each product and with help making my decisions. Other than that, the store is very mediocre, the help i did get there, was rude & conceited. I know my hair better than anyone. Please don't confront me like all hair is the same, and what you say is the final word. So I'm rating this on the whole store, while taking on the positive experiences I've had there.

All the girls that I've met there are so lovely and makes u feel so welcome. They have always helped me so much with picking out products I needed as well as helping me find certain colors I'm looking for! Will always recommend this place

Very slow and not knowledgeable about anything. They never put forth effort." Out" of what i wanted.. then i find it on a display shelf. The checkout takes forever...ive never met a friendly employee except ONE in the 10 years ive been there. The older woman is very unhelpful and rudeish... shes very negative. Ive never been to cosmetology school but based on these people and their lack of knowlegde, Id be be running the store in a week lol... i only go there because its the ONLY store that carries.. feom now on ill be ONLINE shopping!

Clerk was exactly only that, she had no advice , nor input or even the knowledge of where product was. Of course she hadn't heard of even protein filler. Then actually tried to talk me out of 20.00 dollars worth of products.01/24/19

The customer service was alright. I purchase over $30 worth of Product and couldn't even get a plastic bag. I had to walk out the store holding my product in my hand. They charge you 15 cents for a bag when you purchase from them.
