We called them two days ago to fix the inside gate code so we could leave since we are moving this weekend and they had said it would be taken care of. We have currently been trapped inside for over 30 minutes. Called the phone number and they have no emergency number available. We have had to resort to calling the police in order to get us out of here. The roads are terrible within the storage facility. So bad that if you hit the pothole the wrong way you could damage your vehicle. And their way of fixing the problem is putting cones by the pothole. Not to mention all of the units are infested with mice. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!

i just moved in about a month ago the managers were really nice and comforting b/c i was crying in desperate need of a place to store my stuff they helped me find the right size for me!! the property is well kept and well lit thank you guys for helping me get the right storage for my stuff!!! and the price is good hahah 😉

Well,got a phone call that there wasn't a lock on our Unit even though I put one on before I left.. Worse to come they broke in took all my wife belongings.... Ask if there any surveillance,cameras or any type of security and the only security they have is when they arrived in the morning to do the walk through..Poor maintenance on fence and road...Don't recommend anyone to rent from them...
