So slow and unprofessional. There’s a gas leak where my stove is at my place right now. There’s always the risk of an explosive reaction. We called them and they said the maximum time for someone to come is 4 hours. It’s been two. We have to wait outside our house in the sun. Don’t know why some reviews are saying their service is good.

Nice people here and there is a CNG refuelling station in the front, but don't make the mistake I did. You cannot pay a bill here see my picture, you can pay at Walmart at 4840 Shawline St.

Tomorrow its supposed to be 99 degrees out, and SDGE is charging 4x for electricity because its "reduce your use day". Seriously? Why not charge 100x?

They closed my account by mistake from their end without sending any notification. (Mail, eMail,Text). I didn't know because I'm enrolled in paperless and auto payments.

Due to their mistake, now I'm going to have a six months accumulated bill, which is taking them more than two weeks to figure it out !!! 😴

I called multiple times and requested escalation to the matter with no results to date !!! 😴

Customers open ticket requests but never receive any kind of acknowledgment notification !!! 👎

Almost 2 hours past a 10 hour overnight power shut down.

It's 34 degrees outside....still no power.

Suns coming up...wonderint if I need to go buy an ice chest to save my food once it gets warmer....still no information one whe the power will be on

Availability to make payments online is not easy. Calling the company for assistance is futile especially for seniors who do not have access to the web. SDG&E website is not easily accessible either.
