I recently visited this facility to service my 2023 Jayco Seneca, paying approximately $35–$38 for a dump and flush. During the process, I encountered equipment issues: my macerator leaked residual fluids, and the water hose connection was faulty, causing significant water spillage. An attendant approached, expressing frustration about the mess. I apologized and offered assistance, which he declined, citing the need for chemical cleaning. Acknowledging my responsibility, I committed to preventing such issues in the future.

The attendant, visibly annoyed, hurried me to finish before closing time, resulting in an incomplete tank fill. Upon leaving, I was confronted by an individual in a truck who accused me of not paying. Attempting to remain calm, I explained that I had paid in cash. He suggested a possible miscommunication with his employee and mentioned a $15 cleaning fee, which I agreed to pay. Despite this, his aggressive approach was unprofessional and concerning.

While I understand the importance of maintaining a clean facility and adhering to safety protocols, the manner in which this situation was handled was inappropriate. I hope management addresses these customer service issues to prevent similar experiences for others.

We are so thankful to have RV Relief for our dump, propane and water needs. The folks who work there are absolutely the best. Their prices are fair. It is very clean. Pay at the little hut, by the propane, don’t be like the Class A who used the services and left without paying. We will be back next season. Thanks guys!

I only went here for water/dump so can't speak for propane. I thought it was great! I was a little confused on where to go to pay but I think it's less confusing if you're getting propane. The lady at the windows was a joy! What I really liked is that first, you pay according to size.. that's so much nicer for people like me who have a 14 foot trailer and normally get charged the same as a class A (i wish other places including campgrounds would do this). Second, they have the hoses and stuff out so you don't even have to get your supplies out. A pair of gloves and you're set. I'd go here again in a heartbeat

Fast Friendly and efficient. Spotless well maintained equipment and correct safety gear and vests. Filled Exchanged propane tank and will return in all likelihood. Good price on Propane too. Thanks RV Relief. We know where to come back too.

RV Pitstop is no longer the only game in town for RV dump, water and propane. Well laid out and efficient with three lanes to dump and 4 lanes to fill with fresh water. Propane and Ice also available. Easy in and out. One Stop 🛑 Service at its best.

Don't understand all the bad reviews on here, they have dump hoses to attach to the rig, everything is in good shape. Folks are pleasant and helpful. The prices are more than reasonable.

Easy in and out for dumping tanks, filling fresh water and getting propane refilled. Each has a separate section so less wait for waht you need. Example, you can get to the propane if you don't need water or dump tanks.

Horrible greedy RV service. If dumping tanks is not bad enough and you like to be berated by grumpy, thieving, old people while you park to dump tanks then this place is for you!

1. They will stand and watch over you and not let you clean out your tank according to RV manufacturer instructions. You can only wash out your hose.

2. $3.00 for water just to clean out hose. Distilled drinking water is not even this expensive!

3. There is an angry old guy who will demand that you pulled in wrong even though there is no one else there, no lane arrows, nor signs.

4. Almost got stuck because they have too much deep gravel on the property. Beware you don't get stuck.

5. They bad mouthed RV Pit Stop but turns out they are just as bad. Lady quoted me an initial price and then up-charged me after. No, thank you.
