What’s the point of paying your bill before the deadline and then having your gas turned off? I’m so angry right now I could scream! I got the notice, went online and paid the past months bill and this months bill today. Now I have Zero gas and the stupid answering service is hanging up on me.

Did not receive a bill and did not give any warning before disconnecting electricity for my business. Did not provide any account number to be able to enroll and pay bill online. Does not have any way to reactive deactivated service after their business hours which caused even more damage when we noticed the damage. This is a very irresponsable action and business practice. I had already ask for a physical copy of the bill sent to me every month and they failed to do so or notifify me that they was not possible.

Last month was $ 189.00 this month $ 206.77 old water meter not a 3G record the meter 24/7 nobody has looked at it , Rockwood water authority put it in 1989

You increase Russellville residents Utility Bill just so one of yours can get paid more, making residents pay over $500 for utilities is unacceptable. Wouldn't suggest living in their jurisdiction unless you're ready to pay outrageous bills to allow the Utility company to pay a certain individual more money. This is a fact and is why we have all been paying over 500 dollars on our bills, because his pay increase is more important then the residents in the jurisdiction. They don't care if your family is going through a hard time as long as their guy gets more pay then you're irrelevant.Fire him and hire someone who will accept normal pay not someone who demands more pay which ultimately only affects the residents who are being charged. I see solar panels in the near future if this is what the residents have to deal with.

Very unprofessional, when payed to have the water turned back on they refused not only that another account had to be made because they deleted the original account and refused to give the money payed that day back. When going back to pay again the employees and supervisor in the back was making remarks such as I could have done something I just didn't want to. This company is 100% unprofessional and hopefully someone makes another water company that isn't so corrupt and money hungry.

Yesterday September 12,2019, the men from russellville utilities came out and replaced the power line from the street to the house and did a fantastic job, very PROFESSIONAL and very thorough, the response time was fast and efficient. Thanks to the men who came out and and restored our power!! God bless all of you for for enduring the heat of the day!
