Zero star. Poor customer service. I mean how much do you spend effort to return the call. This is just a common courtesy to return the call. Waited call, but no clarification from her, so stop by to pick it up on "plant distribution day". End up wasted time. 35 yrs of live in Rowland Hts, I did not see service charges gone up that much. Since 2014 rapid increase in service charges, I am thinking that why only one water district in Rowland Hts? and why service charges are so high? I wish/ want consumers have choice to pick which water district to be with the service.

Moved to another place in Rowland Heights. They're terrible with service. Wish we were still under Walnut water district, they're cheaper and better service.

If you accidentally miss a payment, they will turn off your service without any warning. You will have to call them to turn it back on, and it will cost you $50 + late fee. This company should be sued for these sneaky actions.

Worst service imaginable! As they are the only service provider in the my area they are allowed charge an obscene amount for service fees, fees are double my water usage amount. They charged me a ridiculous $100+ re-connection fee due to a autopay setup expiration. Been a customer for years and never missed a payment and in return they offered no sympathy for re-connection fee forgiveness. Incredibly frustrated that I can’t take my business else where. Attending local meeting doesn’t help as they are just as condescending as their customer service staff.
