I wanted a second opinion on my furnace issue and decided to call Roman Home Services after seeing all the reviews and their high star rating.

My technician Neal was friendly, very knowledgeable and respectable of my home. My furnace issue was diagnosed and determined within a half an hour. I appreciated Neal’s wealth of knowledge and expertise and felt at ease with the final diagnosis.

I’m so happy I got a second opinion. Unlike the first company, Neal respected that I had a limited budget and offered me furnace replacement options that allowed me to select the most economical choice for my home. I am very satisfied with the level of service that I received during my service call with Neal!

The same day of my service call; I had decided to change the model I had selected for my morning installation the next day. The Residential Customer Service reps were so patient and understanding. I called in the last hour, they were calm, and I kid you not, the anxiety I felt from this being my first furnace purchase melted away as we spoke. Going forward Roman Home Services will always be my first choice! Thanks to you all for a great experience, I love my new Lennox Elite furnace!!!

Im glad that Roman Electric has such great of reviews, and I'm sure they do great work. I don't normally write reviews, but I thought it was important to share my experience.

They will bill you for a service call, $100. The gentleman came, measured nothing, and had immediately came across a quote that really didn't necessitate a home call. He then proceeded to speak about new laws and nonsense to assuage the time.

Roman Electric (as far as plumbing) is not competitive. For transparency, a simple toilet replacement was $1100+, once i asked about providing the fixture myself, it went to $553. My perspective is that they don't need jobs, but will accept one if people bite on these quotes.

I've reached out to many other local plumbers and have received quotes from $250-350.

I hope they do well, they've gotten my service call dollars.

Doug did a great job installing our ring doorbell and cameras! He was early to the appointment, very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us through setting up our devices and showing us how to change the batteries and other settings when needed. He also completed a complimentary inspection of the house. We enjoyed working with Doug and would definitely use both him and Roman Electric again!

Wow! Just had an awesome experience with RHS. I had Gio out for a plumbing issue and he got us all fixed up! Gio was professional, kind and a hard-worker. The folks in the office were great, too! I'll be happy to tell friends and family about RHS (and to never use "flushable" wipes 😅)!
