Far and away the most efficient way of selling your used catalytic converter(s) as the entire process was quick, communication was prompt and clear, and the payment was received within just a few days of my shipment being sent out. I would highly recommend this service as they offered more $ than any one of the local scrap yards in addition to the process being much more simplified. 10 of 10 all the way through!

Great service! I was impressed with the speediness of the service and very happy with the payment. I received my quote on Thursday,packed and shipped the cat out on Saturday and they received it Tuesday morning.they processed it and I received payment Tuesday afternoon.they even paid me an extra $10 to cover the PayPal fee’s.great company,great service and great people.cant ask for much more! Simple process!! They walk you through it step by step. Are honest, I thought I was quoted for two catalytic converters so I sent them out to them. When they received them they realized they only quoted me for one and adjusted the price and I got some more money in my pocket!! No complaints here and thank you…

Super easy to use and fast response from customer service (providing an estimate). It was a very easy process, everything can be submitted digitally online. Shipping was easy and the refund was issued quickly. While it is not as easy as taking it to a local recycler, if you don't have any in your area, this is a very good alternative. I would recommend and will be using Rockaway Recycling again in the future!

Kind of tough the first time you go there to know what the process is. It would be good if someone asked if it was your first time and ask what you had and what the process there was first time around. Once you get the logistics of what is going on, it is a streamlined process. Not a fan of employees starting at you why you try to figure out what you need to do and where you need to go. Especially in 10 degree weather.
