Call and set up install of 500 gallon tank a month in advance so we can get propane, generator and gas logs all done on same day. Day before install they call an tell me that they would only give me a 250 gallon tank because I wouldn't use enough gas. I explained that the reason for the 500 gallon tank was for emergency use of generator she told me the owner could do what he wanted too an they wouldn't be bringing me a tank. THANK YOU SUPERIOR GAS FOR DOING WHAT APPARENTLY ROBINSON GAS DIDN'T WANT TO DO! If you agree on supplying a product don't call an change your mind the night before NOT GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE

If I could give ten stars, I would. We've used Robinson's for a while, now. Without exception, our expectations have been exceeded. Short notice deliveries? Check. After hours deliveries? Check. Weekend deliveries? Check! When i read the bad reviews, I'm a little bewildered. My parents had them install has lines in their home with good results. Propane prices are very competitive. Unexpected things and accidents can happen to anyone. For us, these guys fave been wonderful. Not much more I can say.

Once again, you guys are great. I had a delivery set for Monday-Tuesday; depending on if you worked the holiday. After my Husband checked our tank, we realized that we were at less than 5%. I called and left Robinson a message that if they could work us in earlier, that would be great. I woke up this morning (on a Saturday) to a receipt... Robinsons came by at 7 a.m. this morning to deliver our gas. These guys are beyond great customer service. I can't say enough good words about them. Thank you so much for being so great!

EXCELLENT SERVICE - We have used Robinson Gas for two propane fill ups for our new home. Both times they have exceeded our expectation in pricing, friendliness (specifically Megan who has answered out call both times), and accommodating our needs. This second time, not realizing how low we had allowed it to get, we ran out! (We have water, cloths dryer, and stove in use this summer.) The driver is coming out for us today...it is 4:20 in the evening!! Now that is SERVICE. Thank you Robinson Gas!!!

This is the first and only utility company (especially propane company) that makes you feel like they are a part of your family. Very kind and considerate, always has an answer if you have questions.
When we suddenly had to get new heaters during the busiest time of the year, They didn't hesitate to take care of us.
I "highly" recommend Robinson Gas for all your propane needs!!

This company is the worst company I have ever done business with. They damaged my house while trying to install a propane water heater. They told me take them to court. I did and won my case. They still have not paid and I was forced to garnish their wages. And they still haven't paid to this day. BEWARE.

Great professional office lady and my regular driver couldn't do more to
