Robinhood Solar Group, was very professional, informative, & knowledgeable regarding going solar. Their customer service was bar-none as they provided me updates, & communicated any changes with installation and more. I had been looking into going solar, but had heard horror stories about people who would sign people up and disappear. Definitely not the case with this company. The owner was there from beginning to end and always available for questions or concerns. I am saving tons of money on my electric bill, which the panels pay for themselves. It was a no brainer to switch to solar. Aside from excellent service, I was paid $1000 referral fee, by referring my neighbor to also go solar after they installed. I recently installed solar panels on my property and at first I was real nervous about the process. However, my solar consultant, Ubaldo Torres, was able to answer every single question concerning costs, installation, warrantees, savings, and the list goes on. Once he answered my questions, and there were many, I made the descion to proceed. The installation went very smooth and painless. I am looking forward to seen the results of energy savings as public utilities costs continue to rise. There are many companies out there, but I can say that Robinhood Solar Group has been true to their word. I did some research prior to making my desicion and everything Mr. Torres told me, I was able to fact check. Overall, very pleased with the process.
