HVAC heater had stopped working. I called them first thing in the morning and they were able to get to me in 15 minutes.
The technician was very professional and very knowledgeable also answered any questions I had.
Their pricing was very reasonable

Called when the heater went out, was told could come between 11 and 2. Came at 5 minutes to 11. Quickly found the issue and explained politely and without talking down what the problem was. Fixed it in 20 minutes. Service charge was extremely reasonable, and they even take Venmo.

My only regret is that I can't leave 6 stars. Our ancient HVAC system had been routinely nickel-and-diming us dry until I broke down and started getting quotes for replacement. Hall & Sons came highly recommended by several neighbors, my plumber, and my electrician. Joe, who had been keeping our old system running, gave us quotes for a few different options. Once we decided, Joe and his crew showed up promptly, completed the installation in one day, and cleaned everything up and took all the old equipment before driving away. Being new technology required in LA County, Joe has been meticulous about returning texts and making short visits for adjustments to the system. It's reassuring to know that we have such a great, family-run company right here in town. Highly recommended as your go-to for service, repair, or installation!

I cannot recommend this company enough! It’s summer and our AC just wasn’t working. I did a Google search and tried my own troubleshooting. I noticed ice on our refrigerant line and Google said we should change the filter. It helped, but still wasn’t cooling down our house. So we called Robert Hall & Sons and they came out the next day to take a look. I thought we needed more refrigerant. But after the technician looked at our system, he noticed the fan wasn’t blowing as much as it should. So after a few minutes of investigating, he noticed that unit was WIRED INCORRECTLY. He opened up the unit and after a couple of minutes or rewiring, our AC has never worked better.

These guys are fast, friendly and courteous, but most importantly, EXPERTS at their work.

I cannot say enough good things about Robert Hall air conditioning. My central AC rattled the house like a jet engine and then shut off. My first conversation with Mike was along the lines of “Try these things before we come out and you spend money.” I really appreciated that. In the end, I had to have my AC unit replaced. They had it done within 5 days during a hot July week. And the price was pretty good! Now my house feels as cool as the inside of a public library. (That’s the best way I can describe it.)
